I’ve now been running every morning since the start of October 2022, so in mid-January, I crossed the 100 days of running in and row and going strong with a recent 15K run…
100 Km of Running in January 2023… 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻
I reach the running goal of 100 Km of running in January… If I can stay injury free the goal is at least 100K each month in 2023
